• Perform hand soldering of electronic components using soldering tools
• Assemble circuit board components with precision under a microscope
• Inspect boards and components to ensure quality standards are met
• Use small hand tools such as pliers and cutters during assembly
• Hold and position boards for detailed soldering and inspection tasks
• Complete required production and assembly documentation
• Enter production data into computer systems
• Follow supervisor instructions and support production processes

What You Need to Bring to the Solderer Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Ability to use basic computer systems for data entry
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
• Ability to work under a microscope and remain seated for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet physical job requirements
