Job Description

Job Title: Soldering AssemblerLocation: Stacy, MNCompensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour - paid weeklyJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Soldering Assemblers for a leading electronics manufacturer located in Stacy, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Soldering Assembler:
  • Assemble circuit boards and electronic systems using soldering, crimping, and hand tools
  • Install components, subassemblies, wiring, and assembly casings
  • Perform manual assembly of through-hole and surface-mount components
  • Solder and fit parts together using adhesives, epoxies, and precision tools
  • Inspect and test assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Adjust, repair, or replace defective components as needed
  • Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and verbal directions
  • Maintain quality standards and support team production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Soldering Assembler Role:
  • Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have at least 6 months experience in manufacturing within the last 2 year, preferably in electronic assembly or soldering
  • Ability to follow IPC-A-610 or similar quality standards
  • Must be able to use small hand tools and operate light machinery
  • Must be able to read work instructions, drawings, and basic measurements
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for small components
  • Must be able to perform detailed work under a microscope
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
