Our company has nearly a century of healthcare experience and has been a pioneer on the healthcare IT market since the early 1990's. Today Agfa HealthCare designs, develops and delivers state-of-the-art systems for capturing, managing and processing diagnostic images and clinical/administrative information for hospitals and healthcare facilities, as well as contrast media solutions to enable effective medical imaging results. The company has sales offices and agents in over 100 markets worldwide.

For our global ICS department we are looking for a Solution Architect to strengthen the Sales & Services product development team. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, development, integration and operational support of our CRM platform (MS Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights), enabling the automation of Lead‑to‑Cash and After‑Sales processes across Agfa.

As a Solution Architect, you play a crucial role in implementing enhancements, stabilizing the platform, supporting releases, and providing technical expertise to continuously improve our global CRM ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow from a technically skilled contributor toward higher levels of solution ownership.

What You'll do (Job Duties & Responsibilities):

  • Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and related modules (entities, forms, business rules, workflows, views, dashboards, security roles).
  • Build and maintain custom logic and integrations using Power Platform components, Power Automate, JavaScript, C#, plugins and Dataverse extensions.
  • Support interface monitoring, error resolution and operational follow‑up as part of the CRM support scope.
  • Prepare and execute configuration migrations and deployment packages for scheduled release cycles.
  • Participate in testing activities (unit testing, functional testing, UAT support).
  • Collaborate with the ICS Product Owner, various business stakeholders and other implementation partners to deliver high‑quality features and improvements.
  • Document technical configurations, changes and custom components clearly and consistently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the CRM platform and acquire deeper technical and architectural knowledge over time.

What You'll Bring (Education & Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 or Power Platform development.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Automate, JavaScript, C#, Dataverse and solution packaging.
  • Understanding of integration concepts (REST APIs, Azure Services).
  • A functional knowledge of Sales & Service processes is highly advantageous
  • Eager to develop further into advanced CRM capabilities and eventually grow into broader solution architeecture responsibilities.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Experience with SAP, MS Dynamics CRM or ServiceNow is considered a strong asset.

What we Offer:

  • A dynamic global organization with a history of innovation and a strong product portfolio.
  • A technically challenging environment with supportive leadership and opportunities to learn from senior experts.
  • Career development path toward senior architect or solution architect roles.
  • A competitive salary and benefit package.
  • A friendly work environment surrounded by dedicated and professional colleagues.
