Job Summary• The Retail & Industry Solutions (RIS) Solutions Product Manager is part of the Global Business Unit and leads both new product development and ongoing platform management. This role works cross functionally to define product requirements, prioritize features, and guide products through the development lifecycle. It is responsible for creating and executing product introduction plans to ensure successful launch and adoption. The position requires strong collaboration, strategic planning, and the ability to influence outcomes across cross functional teams.Responsibilities• Coordinates with cross-functional teams in the development and execution of new solution introductions.• Leads cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of introduction plans.• Develops and owns a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard, including associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks.• Leads the development of closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs, and identifies and executes indicated actions.• Develops and defines customer segmentation strategies at a global scale, tailoring PSS experiences to different customer segments.• Oversees global marketing operations activities, as needed, like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment etc.• Assists in the development of advanced sales training materials to empower the sales force.• Partners with sales senior management in retailer/reseller account calls/development to strengthen relationships and drive sales.• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Agile Methodology• Analytics• Business Development• Business Strategies• Business To Business• Customer Relationship Management• Data Analysis• Digital Marketing• Go-to-Market Strategy• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Market Research• Marketing• Marketing Strategies• New Product Development• Product Management• Product Marketing• Product Strategy• Project Management• Thought Leadership• Value PropositionsCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.Complexity• Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role. The pay range for this role is$130,700to$205,200USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
