This job is typically onsite Monday - Friday. Working from home is optional at a maximum of 1 day per week. NEOTech will consider experienced candidates located and willing to drive to our manufacturing location in Longmont, CO.

The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supplier specific supply chain analyses. Primary responsibility is providing comprehensive pricing reports. The Sourcing Analyst will review and assess materials cost, cost reduction calculations, award tracking, key drivers and metrics to optimize the supply chain to best meet corporate and customer goals.

Other responsibilities include:

• Extract, analyze and report data.
• Maintain and report key material metrics such as pricing, excess inventory management, lead time, minimum order quantity (MOQ), marketplace availability.
• Work regularly with suppliers to meet quote objectives.
• Develop and utilize quote strategy to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and report on data accuracy - ensuring records are up to date as needed with specifics such as manufacturer part numbers, obsolescence notifications, supply chain issues, etc.
• Suggest and implement process improvements regularly.
• Adhere to both corporate and site level procedures, adapting to different processes as needed.
• Manage escalations as needed to keep projects on track.
• Work closely with internal functional teams: engineering, program management, purchasing, sales, and others.
• Other duties as assigned.
