Sourcing Specialist / Junior Recruiter - Staffing

Job Title: Sourcing Specialist / Junior Recruiter - Staffing Location: Tampa, Florida Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 plus Bonuses Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Overview: The System One Engineering team is hiring! Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, smaller environment and able to successfully switch gears depending on needs (recruiting vs business development, direct hire vs contract). While working in the capacity of a Sourcing Specialist, you will gain valuable experience in what it takes to become a top producing professional in the staffing industry. Ultimately, those that are successful in the Sourcing Specialist role will have the opportunity to become a full lifecycle Recruiter or an Account Developer (Sales) here at System One where our producers have untapped commissions, competitive base salaries (no draw) and an amazing entrepreneurial culture. Will work in a hybrid work environment - will split time working from home as well as working in our corporate branch office on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Post and publish job postings for open client roles
• Source potential candidates for open/future roles and distribute candidate call lists to recruiters
• Review job applicants applying for open positions and match experience with the requirements of the open roles
• Maintain and document candidate activity and progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure all pre-hire requirements are completed (references, background checks, etc.)
• Cold calling, networking, and developing new relationships with potential candidates through social media, job boards, and other marketing events

• Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word & Excel
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical candidates
• Sales and marketing skills
• Candidate interested in advancing to staffing sales or recruiting career
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
