The role enables efficient, compliant sourcing outcomes by ensuring accurate data, clear requirements, and well-organized sourcing events. This position contributes to cost-effective supplier selection and process consistency across the procurement function.AccountabilitiesPrepare RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and coordinate supplier communication.Collect and organize requirements from internal stakeholders.Support supplier evaluation activities by assembling data and evaluation criteria.Maintain all sourcing documentation in accordance with procurement policy.Support reporting on sourcing activity, savings, and operational metrics.Draft standard contract documents using approved templates.Facilitate signature routing and ensure proper documentation.Enter executed contracts into the contract management system.Conduct supplier and market research to support sourcing recommendations.Identify pricing trends and potential sourcing opportunities.Gather requirements, clarify specifications, and support cross-functional sourcing activities.Escalate issues to senior sourcing staff when needed.Education and ExperienceBachelor degree or equivalent3+ years of sourcing experienceCompetent Excel skills; familiarity with procurement toolsAbility to analyze supplier data and basic spend trends.Strong communication and coordination skills.Detail-oriented with strong documentation capability.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Our purpose is sustaining energy and water for life, and it is demonstrated in everything we do as a business and as an employee team.As the successful candidate
