Job Overview:
- Collaborate with the Chef to create and execute innovative and mouth-watering dishes
- Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high level of culinary expertise
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
