Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionManage day-to-day field operations from project start through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone achievement. Lead site safety efforts and enforce quality standards. Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and stakeholders. Oversee budget-conscious execution while maintaining client satisfaction. Background with big-box retail, store remodels, expansions, renovations, or ground-up construction. Experience managing projects typically ranging from $3M to $10M+. Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel within a designated region.
