Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and guest services
Develop and implement service standards to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities
Recruit, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with other resort departments to promote spa services and special packages
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative treatments and services

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in spa management or hospitality management, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and industry standards
Ability to manage budgets, sales, and marketing strategies
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
Certification or licensing in massage therapy, esthetics, or related fields is a plus
