Hand and Stone is seeking a candidate for a Front Desk Sales Professional/Spa Associate. If you are an energetic person who likes talking with people and are interested in wellness then you will enjoy joining our Team! Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than FIRST CLASS!
What to Expect as a Spa Sales Associate at Hand and Stone Robinson/North Fayette:
This is primarily a sales position focused on membership conversion.
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, educate clients on lifestyle program to become members of our spa, gift cards sales and upgrades with massage and facial appointments.
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Team player
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Strong Computer skills
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- Sales Experience
- Flexibility in scheduling
