Spa Sales Associate / Membership Sales Representative
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Hollywood, Sunrise/Sawgrass, and Weston Locations
Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available | Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
Earn $710-$900+ Per Week with Base Pay, Commissions, and Bonuses

Compensation and Perks

What You'll Do
Membership Sales and Client Retention
- Sell massage and facial memberships to guests
- Explain membership benefits confidently and professionally
- Recommend services, upgrades, and wellness plans
- Follow up with potential members and inactive guests
Keep the Spa Booked and Busy
- Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings
- Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations
- Encourage pre-booking and recurring appointments
- Help maximize therapist and esthetician schedules
Front Desk and Guest Experience
- Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Support a smooth and organized front desk operation
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience
- Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Comfortable using booking software and POS systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Availability Requirements
Applicants must be available during peak business hours, including:
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays as needed
