- Gift card sales— be comfortable selling during the holidays
- 2 to 3 years sales management experience in the salon/spa, or retail industry
- Driving membership conversion, retention, team management and providing ongoing training to the front desk team.
- Full time including weekends required for Spa's success
- Ability to adapt to different types of personalities in a professional and courteous way
- Ability to coach a sales team and hitting sales goals, guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation
- Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care treatments
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for selection
- Maintain a clean and organized spa
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery
- $45,000- $54,000 (base salary + commission)
- Bonuses and Commission to be discussed
