Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues with clarity and patience.
- Process new insurance applications and renewals accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals.
- Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new clients.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Active Utah Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- Prior sales or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
