Responsibilities
- Engage clients over the phone with multiple coverage options
- Conduct needs analysis to tailor solutions
- Present and explain products with confidence
- Negotiate terms and close deals like a pro
- Support clients with policy changes, claims, and renewals
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns that convert
- Stay sharp on industry trends and compliance
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Successfully pass the NV property & casualty exam & obtain license
- Successfully pass the NV life & health exam & obtain license
- Must work well in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Quick learner with a passion for solving problems
- Driven to help clients find the perfect coverage
- Integrity, resilience, and a winning attitude
- Ability to build trust and rapport over the phone
