Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and confident Spanish-speaking Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare outreach and building strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home health services
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Conduct presentations to healthcare providers and community organizations
• Create and manage marketing materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Track and analyze marketing data using spreadsheets
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or home health
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and spreadsheets
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
