We believe that personal training should be accessible to everyone, which is why we are looking for a passionate and motivated Bilingual Personal Trainer to join our team!Job Description:As a Bilingual Personal Trainer, you will provide personalized training sessions and guidance to clients in both Spanish and English. You will help clients set realistic fitness goals, create tailored workout plans, and motivate them to achieve their best selves.Key Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions in both Spanish and English.Assess clients' fitness levels and create customized workout plans.Provide nutrition advice and guidance to complement fitness programs.Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed.Foster a supportive and motivating environment for clients.Promote fitness programs and services to gym members.Sell gym membershipsMake sales phone callsQualifications:Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, or equivalent).Proficient in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.Ability to motivate and inspire clients.Previous training experience preferred, but not required.Must have a car/DLMust be available for either 6am to 12:30pm or 4pm to 9pm in the evening .
