Special Education Aide, Spec Needs for Walsh Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year Job Description and Current Compensation Plan are attached. This position is in the Pay Grade 3 category. Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certification: Minimum of 48 college hours required. Valid Texas educational aide certificate (the District will assist the employee in obtaining this certificate). Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to work with children with disabilities. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of general office equipment. Experience: Experience working with children preferred.
