Special Education Paraprofessional – 2025–2026 School Year North Spokane, WA Hourly Pay: $24-27; Up to $810 per week Weekly Pay: Weekly Direct Deposit AB Staffing Solutions is hiring Special Education Paraprofessionals for the 2025–2026 school year in North Spokane, WA. These school-based positions support teachers and students by providing instructional, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance throughout the school day. Position Details: School-year contract (2025–2026). 30 hours per week. Schedule follows school calendar. Classroom and student assignment varies. On-site support with a dedicated recruiter. What You’ll Do: Support students with special needs under the direction of certified staff. Assist with classroom instruction in small-group or individual settings. Help monitor student behavior and encourage positive engagement. Support daily routines and transitions throughout the school day. Assist teachers with classroom preparation and documentation. Follow instructional plans, behavior strategies, and safety procedures. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet student needs. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to meet Washington State paraeducator qualification requirements. Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to follow written plans and maintain confidentiality. Willingness to complete required training and clearances.
