THE TYPE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONAL - PARAEDUCATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 60 credit hours and a passing score on the ParaPro exam
Experience working with students in special education settings is a strong plus.
Possessing these traits would also be ideal:
- Adaptive and fun-loving, with a growth mindset
- Commitment to customer needs and delivering results
- Ability to work effectively as a team
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SPECIAL EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONAL - PARAEDUCATOR
This full-time, onsite position follows one of two schedules:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday through Friday)
- 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
In this role, you'll be a key part of the classroom team. Your day will involve assisting teachers with small group instruction, supervising students, and helping to maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. You may also support students with adaptive needs, use technology to enhance learning, and help create an atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued. Each day will bring unique opportunities to make a difference in the lives of students.
