This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for educators who are passionate about helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and social success within a supportive school environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with student IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP accommodations and modifications
- Support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and communication needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Utilize effective classroom management and instructional strategies
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
