Make a Difference as a Special Education Teacher in Aurora, MN! 26/27 School Year | Full-Time | In-Person | ContractPosition Details:• Location: Aurora, MN• Duration: August 2026 – June 2027• Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5–40 hours/week• Caseload: K–12 Opportunities Available• Required: Active MN Special Education Teaching LicenseResponsibilities:• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to support K–12 learners• Implement behavior management strategies and positive supports• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation for compliance• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions At Phaxis Education, we know your work changes lives.
