Job Requirements
Education Requirements: Certified Special Education Teacher or equivalent certification.
Certifications Requirements: Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience; skills include working with elementary and high school students, managing caseloads with disabilities such as OHI, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairment.
Other Requirements: Must be able to provide services primarily inside a general education setting. Soft skills should include patience, communication, and adaptability. Background checks may be required. Physical demands of working with students and maintaining engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to support student success.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 students with various disabilities, primarily within general education settings.
- Utilize adaptive strategies and techniques suitable for elementary and high school students.
- Document student progress and communicate frequently with parents and staff.
