Job Requirements
Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; NH certification (preferably 1900 NH cert) or equivalent
Certifications Requirements: State certification appropriate for special education teaching
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school setting with specialized education needs; experience in case management and fostering student independence
Other Requirements: Must be student-centered, collaborative, and dedicated to fostering independence; excellent communication and advocacy skills; background check and compliance with facility policies; ability to work days, 37.5 hours per week; compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations affecting educational professionals; soft skills include adaptability, teamwork, and dedication to student success

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, administrators, and other educators, to support student progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and student independence.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
