Special Education Teacher – 2025–2026 School Year (Phoenix & Buckeye, AZ)
Full-Time | School-Based | West Valley Opportunities
AB Staffing Solutions is hiring Special Education Teachers for the 2025–2026 school year at school sites in Phoenix and Buckeye, AZ. Join a supportive district environment where your expertise helps students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Location:
  • School sites in Phoenix & Buckeye, AZ.
  • Additional West Valley placements may be available.
Schedule & Contract:
  • Full-time: 37.5–40 hours per week.
  • Follows the school district calendar.
  • Weekends, holidays, and school breaks off.
  • Full 2025–2026 school year contract.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Up to $2,200 per week (based on experience & location).

About the Role:
As a Special Education Teacher, you will:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Adapt instruction and curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Deliver engaging, data-driven instruction and interventions.
  • Track, document, and report student progress.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with families and school staff.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with Special Education EC–12.
  • Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Driver’s license (for school travel if applicable).
  • At least one year of SPED teaching experience (preferred).
