Job Position: Special Education TeacherLocation: St. Louis Park, MN 55426Pay Rate: Starting at $50 per hour (based on experience)Shift:Description:Birch Agency is currently seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a school-based team near Saint Louis Park, Minnesota for the remainder of the current school year. This is a full-time opportunity to make an immediate impact supporting students with diverse learning needs.Responsibilities:
- Provide direct special education instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and progress reports
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support students academic, social, and behavioral growth
- Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license (or eligibility)
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and classroom management skills
- Commitment to supporting students with special needs
