Job Position: Mild/Moderate Special Education Teacher Location: Milwaukee, WI 53218 Pay Rate: Starting at $45 per hour (based on experience) Shift: Full-Time | In-Person Description: Birch Agency is seeking a qualified and passionate Mild/Moderate Special Education Teacher to support students near Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the remainder of the school year. This is a full-time, in-person position during regular school hours. Position Responsibilities: Provide instruction and support to students with mild to moderate disabilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment Requirements: Valid Wisconsin Educator License (required) Experience working with mild/moderate special education populations preferred Strong classroom management and instructional skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Why Work with Birch Agency?
