Job Position: Special Education TeacherLocation: St Paul, MN 55103Pay Rate: $45.00/hrDescription:Birch Agency is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a school district near Saint Paul, Minnesota for the 2026 2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity working with upper middle school and lower high school students in a resource/case management setting.Position Details

- Serve as a Resource/Case Manager for students with special needs
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction
- Teach English Language Arts (ELA), Math, and Skills/Transition classes
- Develop and implement IEPs while monitoring student progress
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that promotes student growth and independence
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
- Experience working with middle and/or high school students preferred
- Strong case management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students achieve academic and personal success
