This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative and student-centered environment.Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction aligned with IEP goals and individualized student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and behavior support plans
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license (or eligibility)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting students with varying learning profiles
