Birch Agency is currently seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a school-based team near Saint Louis Park, Minnesota for the remainder of the current school year. This is a full-time opportunity to make an immediate impact supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct special education instruction aligned with IEP goals
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and progress reports
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
Support students academic, social, and behavioral growth
Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license (or eligibility)
School-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and classroom management skills
Commitment to supporting students with special needs
