Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Special Education Teacher for a full-time, high school-based position in Grafton, New Hampshire for the 2026–2027 school year.

Special Education Teacher Responsibilities

Provide individualized instruction to high school students with diverse learning needs
Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Deliver specialized instruction aligned with academic, functional, and transition goals
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Monitor and document student progress using data-driven practices
Support students with executive functioning, social-emotional, and academic skill development
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations
Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development
Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment that promotes student independence and success

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Special Education (minimum)
Valid New Hampshire Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility)
Experience with high school students or secondary special education preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
