Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings

Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions

Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations

Foster inclusive and supportive learning environments

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field (required)Valid Maine Special Education certification or eligibility for certification

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Experience in school-based special education settings preferred
