Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student goals and educational needs

Monitor and document student progress using data-driven practices

Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional development

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations

Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities

Foster inclusive, supportive learning environments that promote student success

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field (required)Valid Vermont Special Education teaching certification or eligibility

Experience in special education settings preferred but not required

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
