- EducationRequirements: Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (or equivalent certification/degree as required by the state)
- CertificationsRequirements: Valid Special Education teaching credential/license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain/maintain required state licensure); Legacy requirements
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working with students with special needs in a school setting; experience supporting IEP goals and differentiated instruction
- OtherRequirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a W2 basis (no visa sponsorship required); ability to collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and related service providers; strong communication and classroom management skills; commitment to student progress, safety, and inclusive learning practices
