Job Requirements Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Oregon State Certification/license for Special Education required. Certifications Requirements: Valid special education teaching license/certification for Oregon. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably with behavioral concerns in a school setting. Other Requirements: Ability to work with a caseload of students in grades 3rd-6th, strong behavioral management skills, background check clearance, and excellent communication skills. What We Offer.
