Job RequirementsEducation Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, or an equivalent credential.Certifications Requirements: Valid teaching certification/licensure in South Carolina, or the ability to obtain one.Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Special Education Teacher, with strong skills in classroom management, individualized education plan (IEP) development, and adaptive teaching strategies.Other Requirements: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to pass background checks, and experience working in school settings. Physical stamina for maintaining a classroom environment and adaptability for diverse student needs are also essential.
