• EducationRequirements: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Special Education or equivalent.*
• CertificationsRequirements: Valid Arizona Special Education Certification (ADE) (for K-12 roles); Valid Arizona Early Childhood Special Education Certification (ADE) (for Preschool); Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (front and back); CPR certification from an accredited agency (in person only) (Preschool); First Aid certification from an accredited agency (in person only) (Preschool); Valid NCI Training Certificate (Preschool); Valid Food Handlers card (Preschool); Negative Mantoux TB Skin Test within 12 months of hire date OR written and dated statement from a healthcare provider stating incumbent is free from infectious active TB issued within 6 months of hire date (Preschool); License + CEU reimbursements available through Connected (as applicable).*
• ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience.*
• OtherRequirements: Resume, License , Arizona FP card. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license (front and back); Social Security Card; 2 letters of recommendation (Supervisor, Co-worker, Personal) (needed for Preschool Licensing). Must be able to support school-day services in a School setting (Days schedule; 37.5 hours per week). Maintain required compliance documents (IVP, fingerprints) and be prepared for onboarding through Connected. Strong professionalism and communication skills with students, families, and school teams.
