Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field or equivalents*
- Certifications Requirements: Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Special Education or equivalent*
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience working with students in K-2 behavior support classes, with skills in classroom management and behavior intervention*
- Other Requirements: Must pass a background check, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work with a caseload of approximately 6 students during school hours; reliable transportation preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students in grades K-2 in a behavior support classroom.*
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.*
- Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and families to support student success.*
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.*
