Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card; Certification in Special Education or equivalent
- Certifications Requirements: Must hold a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card at all times
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year in special education or related field
- Other Requirements: Sped Certification, ability to work collaboratively in a team, commitment to student success, and compliance with facility policies. Must be able to work a 40-hour week, days schedule, with flexibility to float if necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies
- Monitor and assess students progress, adjusting instructional approaches as needed
- Manage classroom behavior to foster a safe and productive learning environment
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders
