• EducationRequirements: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees directly aligned to education and special education (or equivalent)
• CertificationsRequirements: State teaching certificate in Special Education (K–12) and Elementary Education
• ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of special education experience; strong IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring experience
• OtherRequirements: Legacy requirements; legally authorized to work in the United States of America on a W2 basis (no visa sponsorship required); willingness to complete standard school background checks; professional liability insurance preferred/required for role; demonstrate strong collaboration with families, general education teachers, and support staff; support students through resource settings and maintain effective classroom management in the special education setting; ability to quantify/communicate student outcomes and growth where applicable

JobResponsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) for students in the special education setting.
• Conduct progress monitoring and support achievement goals through data-driven instruction and targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with families and communicate effectively regarding student needs, goals, and progress.
• Partner with general education teachers and support staff to ensure accommodations and supports are delivered consistently.
• Support classroom instruction and student success in resource settings while maintaining appropriate classroom management and professional standards.
