Job Description:

Develop and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs, tailored to their individual strengths, abilities, and challenges*
Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported*
Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to address the diverse needs of students and provide the necessary accommodations and support for academic success*
Utilize effective teaching strategies, innovative technologies, and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experiences*
Regularly assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed to promote growth, development, and achievement

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field*
Colorado teaching certification in Special Education*
Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
