What You’ll Do
You’ll make a lasting difference every single day by:
- Helping students reach individualized goals—and celebrating every step forward
- Creating a classroom where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged
- Implementing IEPs with intention and care
- Using specialized strategies to support complex sensory, behavioral, and communication needs
- Leading and collaborating with paraprofessionals to create a strong, supportive classroom team

Salary$67,739–$90,699 (based on experience and education)$2,500 sign-on bonus

- LBS1 certification (or nearing completion by summer)
