Job Details

We are hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher (TOSD) for a school-based program in Fairfield, NJ. This is a strong opportunity for an educator seeking a structured, mission-driven setting supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The teacher will support classroom instruction, student development, and daily educational programming while working closely with classroom staff and interdisciplinary team members. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) certification with K-6 endorsement required, or Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH)Prior experience in special education, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, or a related school-based setting preferredStrong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skillsComfortable working with students who benefit from structured support and individualized attentionOrganized, dependable, and team-oriented
