Special Education Inclusion Teacher
Location: Washington, DC Pay Rate: $40 and up based on experience

As a School-Based Special Education Inclusion Teacher in Washington, DC, you will:
Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in inclusive classroom settings.
Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum, modify instruction, and implement accommodations.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure student progress.
Differentiate instruction to meet each student's academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
Monitor student performance, collect data, and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IDEA and district regulations.
Build positive relationships with students, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
Foster an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday
Location: Washington, DC
Setting: K-12 School-Based
Caseload: Inclusion Special Education
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field
Experience working with students with disabilities in an inclusion setting preferred
Knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and evidence-based instructional practices
Strong collaboration, communication, and classroom management skills
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
