Special Education Teacher – Raleigh, NC Area | 2026–2027 School Year

Now Hiring: Special Education Teachers

Navra is partnering with school districts throughout the Raleigh area to hire passionate Special Education Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year.

Whether your experience is in resource, inclusion, self-contained, or behavioral support classrooms, we are actively connecting educators with opportunities across elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Position Details

  • Full-Time
  • Monday–Friday
  • School Hours
  • Elementary, Middle, and High School Opportunities Available
  • Multiple Caseloads and Program Types
  • Competitive Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide specialized instruction based on student needs
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families
  • Track student progress and maintain compliance documentation
  • Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education
  • Active North Carolina Teaching License or Eligibility
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
