NOW HIRING EXPERIENCED SPECIAL ED TEACHER FOR 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR in the vicinity of Oswego, IL Job Details:? Full-time position available at the Middle school level Hours:  M-F 7:50-3:15pm MS ages  Training and mentorship available for all experience levelsRole Overview:As a Special Education Teacher, you will support students with diverse learning needs by creating inclusive and personalized educational plans that help them thrive both academically and emotionally. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.Key Responsibilities:? Accommodate, modify and adapt lessons and curriculum as needed to meet individual student needs and IEP GoalsSupport in the facilitation of IEP meetings as well as development of the IEPCreates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the developmental levels and interests of their studentsSet and communicate clear expectations for classroom behavior and school environment by applying positive reinforcement and/or behavior modification techniques as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of student behavior intervention plans

Qualifications:You will need to have a Master's Degree in Special Education with the LBS1 certification
