We're hiring a certified Special Education Teacher to support students in a truly exceptional school with strong leadership, collaborative staff, and the kind of energy you actually want to be part of.

What You'll Be Doing:

Write and implement IEPs that actually reflect what your students need
Deliver differentiated instruction, daily routines, and structure that supports kids with autism
Work side-by-side with paras, related service providers, and families
Track data, submit progress reports, and show your impact
Be consistent, communicative, and a strong advocate for your students

What We're Looking For:

PA Instructional I or II Certification in Special Ed (non-negotiable)
Experience working with students with autism or other disabilities
Someone who knows how to lead a room, support their team, and problem-solve in real time
You're not afraid of behavior, and you know how to collaborate
