Job Description

Job Title: Special Education Teacher (All Grade Levels)

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota

School Year: 2026–2027

Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and student-centered Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Openings are available across all grade levels (PreK–12). The ideal candidate is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment and supporting students with diverse learning needs to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals
Provide direct instruction and support tailored to diverse learning needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual needs
Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
Valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (or ability to obtain)
Strong understanding of special education laws, IEP development, and differentiated instruction
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success
