Responsibilities: " Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs " Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to support K 12 learners " Implement behavior management strategies and positive supports " Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families " Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation for compliance " Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
