• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with valid New Jersey State certification in Special Education.
• Certifications Requirements:
  • NJ DOE Certification in Middle School Special Education
  • Highly Qualified in ELA and Math
  • CPR and First Aid Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting
  • Previous experience delivering push-in and pull-out special education services
  • Experience navigating school-based IEP processes
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 7:10 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with a caseload of 5-8 students across middle school grades
